As Thursday draws closer help mom prepare the feast

4 eggs
1 cup salad oil
2 cups sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour
1 cup nuts or raisins
Combine all ingredients and pour on a greased and
floured 10x14 inch cookie sheet A 13x9 inch cake pan will
work just as well
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons butter
3/4 teaspoons vamlla
1 teaspoon milk (more as needed for desired consistency)
Mix ingredients and spread on warm pumpkin bars

2 cups grated carrots
Mix well and bake at 375 degrees until done.
1 cup canned milk
1 cup granulated sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 pound margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
11/3 cup coconut
1 cup peanut butter
Cook twelve minutes.
