They are: George Steele, reelected chairman of the board and president; Richard Croner, elected vice chairman; and Ronald N. Goddard, reelected executive vice president and chief executive officer. Steele, a Pocopson, Pa., dairyman, has served as board chairman smce 1971. Before the founding of Agway, when he became one of its directors, he served for 16 years as a director and for two years as vice president of Pennsylvania Farm Bureau Cooperative Association, one of Agway’s predecessor organizations.
