We Invite You To Meet Lester and Lydia Weber i
it’s a little bit of the Old South transplanted in the rolling hills o£ nor
thern Lancaster County. For the past half-decade, Lester Weber, of R 1
Reinholds, has been stressing the raising of the rocking chair-gaited
Tennessee Walking Horses in his breeding operation, located in the
colorful shadow of Texter Mountain. Just as the plantation owners of the
Old South, who spent long days in the saddle, appreciated the smooth gait
of these spirited mounts, their popularity is gaining among pleasure
horse owners everywhere, particularly those participating in field trials.
Now, Lester is diversifying his agricultural operation with the addition of
a 62,000-layer house. We wish him continued success and satisfaction in
preserving a bit of the charm and atmosphere of a bygone era through his
Tennessee Walkers and equal good fortune as he embarks on his new,
modern poultry enterprise of the future.
