Furlong, Bucks County,
fared well, exhibiting the
senior champion
bull of the Angus show. His
entry was Waltz Massive
Lad 1128, a senior yearling.
South Branch Farms of
York, York County,
exhibited the best six head of
the show.
Premier exhibitor went to
Ascent Angus of Oakland
Illinois, while Gallagher’s
Farm, Inc. of Ghent, New
York, won the premier
breeder award.
Earl and William Renner
exhibited the reserve grand
champion bull of the
Hereford show. Their entry,
RF Li 359 Domino 048 was
also named the champion
bull calf. The Greene County
farm exhibited the reserve
champion bull calf, RF Adv
359 Chief 007 and the
champion yearling bull,
RFL Command 940.

was an early spring yearling
entry shown by Elizabeth
Mulliniz of Woodbine,
Maryland.
In the Shorthorn and
Polled Shorthorn Show, Brad
Douthit of Orange, Virginia,
showed the grand champion
female. His winning entry
was Windholme Magnolia
319, a late spring yearling.

reserve grand champion
female. Their entry was
Woodside Cynthia Rose 4th,
a junior heifer calf which
was also named champion
calf of the show.
The grand champion bull
was exhibited by Windholme
Farm of Orange, Virginia,
and Woodside Farm of
Waynesburg, Greene
County. Their entry, J.A.F.
Major Duke 78, was a senior
yearling bull.
