Henry E. Martin Estate.
There were about 200
present.
The farm was sold for
16260 per acre or $432,500 for
the farm, which included a
2% story frame dwelling,
large frame bank barn, 4-
acre tobacco shed and 2 car
garage. The buyer was
Robert Hummer of East
Petersburg, a sod farmer.
He will plant turf on the land
and use the buildings for
