Flatness, Sire Power’s Director of Sales and Promotion. Kepner’s duties will in clude direct herd semen sales, delivery of semen, supplies and nitrogen direct to the farm, teaching A.I. Training Schools, and promoting the Young Sire Sampling Program. Kepner brings to his new position as strong background in A.I. and proven ability. He was a technician in die early 1960’s with First Pennsylvania, now known as NEBA. Kepner began breeding cows in April 1963 and as of October 1,1979 had a total of 37,022 first services to his credit. This accomplishment earned Kepner the NAAB Named bull co-op manager TUNKHANNOCK - Sire Power and its member cooperatives have an nounced the employment of DuWayne A. Kutz as the successor to General Manager Campbell. Kutz, a Wisconsin native, brings to Sire Power ex perience and proven ability. Previously, he was em ployed as the Director of Production with Tn-State Breeders Cooperative. In this position, he served as administrative head of the production headquarters at Westby, Wisconsin. He was responsible for coordinating the activities of sire procurement, bull housing and the farm, semen production and laboratory and semen distribution. An eighteen year Tri-State employee, Kutz held the following positions: Professional A.I. Technician, Sire Project Supervisor, Sire Analyst, and Sire Procurement Manager. He was promoted to Director of Production at Tri-State in 1974.
