Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups. Decorate each with candy com. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. Tuesday’s opening session will be Washington On The line and will include an international panel of foreign agricultural attaches representing Australia, Brazil, and the Netherlands. Moderator will be Larry Waterfield, Washington, editor of the “Packer”. Land use, importing and exporting, fruit and' vegetable trade will be discussed.
