EPA, state sign $172 million agreement HARRISBURG - Gov. Dick Thornburgh and Evironmeatal Protection Agency Regional Ad ministrator Jack J. SchrammJVlonday signed an agreement outlining a joint environmental strategy for the state of Pennsylvania. As- a result of the agreement,’ an ■ estimated $172 million in federal funds will be flowing into the state for environmental programs dunng the next twelve months.
