Jones,' in announcing availability of the publication, said, “The guide is part of our continuing efforts to eliminate bureaucratic roadblocks. “It is a concise summary of all the permits and licenses we issue, who should apply for them, where to go or write for them, the current charges, and the estimated processing times.” Joines pointed out that since most DER permits are issued by the regional of fices, questions concerning a permit or application should be directed to the ap propriate regional office.
