Egg production increases 8%
HARRISBURG - July
1 1980 egg production in
Pennsylvania totaled 344
million, according to the
Pennsylvania Crop
Reporting Service.
The July production was
eight percent above the 319
million eggs produced in
July 1979. The July average
of 16.0 million layers was
seven percent higher than a
year ago. Egg production
