Field results of Bio-Mittent lighting programs have confirmed what Purina research results have
shown. Here are what three managers have had to say about their results:
"The most significant feature of the intermittent lighting program is a feed savings over birds
that previously were on a full-fed program. I feel there is a potential for 40'/bird increased in
come from using the intermittent lighting program. Mostly, this income is a feed savings, but
some is associated with increases in egg size plus the potential for an extra 3 or 4 eggs per bird
