theastern Branch, American
Society of Agronomy, held at
Penn State.
A recent graduate of the
College of Agriculture at
Penn State, Ms. Strode
maintained an outstanding
academic record of 3.4 out of
a possible 4.0. She received
the Pennsylvania Grassland
Council scholarship and the
American Dairy Science
Association Achievement
Award, both in 1979.
As a member of the Penn
State Agronomy Club for
three years, Ms. Strode
served as Ag Student Council
representatives. She was
also club secretary and vice
president. She was active in
many extracurricular
urograms within the College
Agriculture.
Ms. Strode plans even
tually to own and operate a
dairy farm. She is now
working on the family dairy
farm.
Her parents are Mr. and
Mrs. J. Paul Strode of R 9,
Mechanicsburg.
