In the Junior Showman ship competition, Greg Marshall, Port Byron, N.Y. and Gary Nothnick, Franklinville, N.J., won the Champion and Reserve Champion honors, respec tively. Judge Bill Gray of Schellsburg sorted through 44 head of top Polled Red meat HARRISBURG - Com mercial red meat production in Pennsylvania during July totaled 78.3 million pounds, down one percent from July 1979 according to the Penn sylvania Crop Reporting Service. Cattle slaughter at 38,500 head was down two percent while calf slaughter at 21,300 head was 15 percent more than last year. Hog slaughter at 252,900 head increased six percent from a year ago.
