Youth for understanding seeking hosts
LANCASTER - Youth for
Understanding, a non-profit
international student ex
change program, needs host
families in the community
for students arriving from
Europe and Latin America.
Students will attend local
high schools and share daily
life with host families,
participating, as family
members, not as guests.
A typical YFU student is a
teenager, eager to learn,
highly motivated and in
terested in improving world
relations (as well as
discovering the joys of fast
food).
