Competing with their colleagues in the county competition held at the Berks County Agricultural Center, these fortunate 4- H’ers earned the opportunity to compete regionally at Plymouth Meeting Mall. The State winner will receive an expense-paid trip to the National 4-H Congress, being held this year in Chicago, Illinois, November 3 to December 4.
