CHURCH WINDOW COOKIES
1 stick margarine
12 ounces chocolate chips
10 ounces immature marshmallows
% cup finely chopped nuts
coconut
Melt the margarine and chocolate chips in a double
boiler Set aside to cool. Add immature marshmallows
and chopped nuts Sprinkle coconut on a sheet of waxed
paper Pour mixture on this and form 2 rolls Roll in
coconut. Refrigerate overnight to harden. Then slice.

UNBAKED COOKIES (EASY WAY)
4 cups oatmeal
8 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons coconut
3 cups sugar -
1 cup milk
1 cup water
Mix oatmeal, cocoa and coconut. Boil the sugar, milk
and water. Mix the oatmeal and sugar mixtures together
and drop on waxed paper.

2 teaspoons soda
6 cups brown sugar
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and soda into a
bowl. Add sugar and cut in shortening until the mixti
crumbly. Stir in the oatmeal.
6 cups mix
Vz cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
nuts, raisins or chips
Mix all together and bake at 375° F For a moj
cookie, add more milk.
