Holsteins and Ayrshires. The rolling herd averages
on DHIA thru June are as follows:
Both Holsteins and Ayrshires are fed 12-15 lbs. of hay per day. Corn silage is fed
during winter months Mixed legume-grass haylage is fed during summer and fall.
Grain ration consists of home grains balanced with Brown’s 38 MILKMASTER.
These thirteen (13) recipient heifers carry embryos from LEE and are due in
January, 1981 We wish them as much success with these contract bulls as they
