Citing the threat of the federal government’s power of forcing property transfer through eminent domain, Delano said that eminent domain should be a state right, and it along with zoning should occur at the lowest practical government level. “Many local and state land management rights have been compromised by federal agency rulings on water, flood plains, air, housing and preservation,” Delano said. The Soviet Umon gram embargo is a glaring example of government interference with marketing, Delano said. He added that m this area “the only proper role of government is to help develop a favorable climate m which marketing can be conducted in the best in terests of buyers and sellers.” Heel molded counter.
