bull named “Hank” to score
62 points and walk away with
$333.20 for the eight
second stmt. Larry Beck on
“Chewbacca” followed Harp
with 59 points and Joe
Farrelly together with Buck
Howard tied for the 3rd and
4th places in what is un
doubtedly the most
dangerous section of the
entire rodeo, the bull nding!
Jimmy Lee Walker from
Clayton, N. J. won top honors
in Bareback Riding to the
tune of $137.20. Buck Howard
& Stanley Thomas placed m
the # 2 & 3 positions
respectively.
A calf-roping time of 12.8
seconds was by far good
enough for Ist place for none
other than Troy Reynolds, a
veteran roper, from Hudson
Falls, New York. Troy
received $282.24 for his ef
forts in the contest. Wade
Ellsworth took 2nd place
with a time of 15.1 sec., &
Clay Clement from
Thorofare, N.J. firmed up
the 3rd spot in 15.3 seconds.
A saddle bronc called
“Faraway” was ridden by
Donnie Reeder for 62 pts and
first place money $127.40.

dletown, Pa., proved to be
good enough for second
place on a horse called
“Rainbow” while a Con
necticut cowboy Wyatt
