The recommended ad ministration of the hormone as published by Dr. Britt’s laboratory follows: Inject animal in tramuscularly with 200 mg testosterone propionate in com oil every other day for 20 days. This is the induction treatment. Two to three days after termination of the induction treatment, the maintenance treatment begins. 500 mg of testosterone propionate in corn oil is injected sub cutaneously every 2-3 weeks for as long as the animal is desired to detect heat.
