Oh, purchased the top V- 'ss' }m m4 selling purebred cow for $3OOO. She was a March 1976 daughter of K&D Beau Everest KDS 2E and had a Gendarme bull calf at side. Gordon Briggs of Gam bier, Oh., had the top selling open purebred female. This December 1978 daughter of Espoir sold to Don Faidley, Colfax, IA for $1125. The 29 open purebred heifers averaged $BBB. Seven bred 75% heifers averged $750. Thirteen open per centage heifers averaged $595. Fawley Farms, Lyn chburg, Oh., had the top selling percentage bull. He was a Marc 1978 son of Bold Type and sold to C.H. Bxrney of Jewett, Oh. for $l4lO.
