Toll. ' President Toll announced that the State Board of Public Works has approved a contract between the University and Shelton Zuckerman of Chevy Chase, Md., that allows for the planned purchase of the Plant Research Farm over a four-year period for ap proximately $9 million. Mr. Zuckerman was one of four major developers to bid on the property. Purchased by the University in the-late 1930’5, the land has been in con tinuous use for agricultural research.
