They term this workshop, called, Meeting the Challenges of the ‘Bos, as one of the most significant meetings of the decade. Donald D. Top individual in the competition was Mel Heffer, of Elizabethtown. Second place honors went to Dennis Weaver, of Eastern Lan caster County.
