26 at the Wayne Co.
Fairgrounds, one riule north
o!Honesdale,Pa.
The top priced calf was
sold for $2700 and was sired
by Elevation and out of a
Kingpin dam. The 2nd high
calf sold for $2150 and was
sired by Elevation and was
out of a daughter of Pawnee
Farm Arlinda Chief.
Average of 70 calves was
$llOO.

A 1932 Chrysler with low
mileage was sold for $ll,OOO
to a buyer from Canada.

miles to farm, Maine is 10 miles South of
Whitney Point and 9 miles North of Endwell.

53 - Reg. & Hi-Grade Cattle - 53
All are mature cows (52 Holstems & 1 Jersey), 14 are
fresh, 6 handling or bagging, 23 due between August &
November. Balance m all stages. 15 are Reg Holstems
including the following sires:
A real Sharp Willow due Sept. 30 to Rock Skagvalle
Hattie Maple; Slettdale E-L-V Star (V.G. 86 Pts.);
Westside AB Seamen (good plus); Paclamar Boot
maker; Carnation Royal JoJo; and other good sires.
Two more older V.G. (1 at 87 pts. that would make good

Cattle have been vet examined for pregnancy, blood
