farm was held March 29 for
the Marion L. Baumgardner
Estate, 7 miles south of
Chambersburg, Pa.
The farm was sold for
$167,200 and had 3/4 mile of
road frontage, 55 acres
tillable, balance pasture and
wood land, 2% story brick
home, garage, two floor
bank bam, wagon shed and
comcnbs.

A Public Sale of real estate
and antiques was held April
5 for the Clara E. Loyd
Estate at R.D. 1, Windsor,
Pa. There were 450
registered buyers present.
