on the package. When the mixture starts to o€t, remove
any leftover ice cubes.
Whip the cream. Reserve a few spoonfuls for trimming
the top of the pie, and fold the remainder into the gelatin.
Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Pour any remaining
mixture into parfait glasses for family snacks.
Chill several hours until set. Top with the remaining
whipped cream and garnish with candy kisses or
chocolate curls.
COTTAGE CHEESE
In a 2 quart stainless steel saucepan, beat 1 quart whole
milk until tmy bubbles form around the edge.
Add V* cup lemon juice and simmer 2 minutes. Do not
stir Remove from heat and let stand in pan at least 45
minutes.
