Grassland FFA keeps
audience suspended
BYPATKAUFFMAN
BLUE BALL Shades of
Mork filled the fire hall here
Friday evening, as
Grassland FFA showed its
appreciation to those who
have supported it.
The occasion was the
annual awards dinner held
at the Blue Ball Fire Hall.
Over 200 parents and club
members enjoyed a big ham
dinner before proceeding
with the mam event of the
evening, the awards
presentation.
During the slot in the
program reserved for door
prizes, FFA program sup
porters were called to the
front of the hall and in
structed to remove their
jackets, at which point a
multitude of brightly colored
suspenders was unveiled and
placed on each of the
honorees. In this way, the
club gave back to the group
some of the support they bad
given them.
In a more serious vein,
members who had placed
high and worked hard during
the past year were awarded
trophies and certificates.
