GNR eggs are classified by weight in 30-dozen cases, and traded in lots of either 300 or 750 cases. Prices are FOB buyers dock, and are computed Tuesday and Thursday of each week. A total of 120 head of Yorkshire and Duroc hogs were sold under the auc tioneer’s gavel The sale, held at the Lebanon Fair Grounds, grossed $31,315 for the Lebanon County brothers. There were sixty bidders from six states in attendance at this year’s sale The high selling swine was a bred gilt, bringing $450. The average sale price for the fifty-two bred gilts sold at the February 22 sale was $342. 1080-1100 lbs There were 26 purebred boars sold, with the high boar selling for $475.
