Egg Review
Tuesday, February 26
Report supplied by auction
The market is struggling
under a heavy supply of nest
run eggs and a noticeable
lack of consumer buying
interest. Despite some
producers dumping class 3's
to the breaker, prices ad
vanced a cent on mediums in
major terminal markets.
Brokers indicated they have
orders for March delivery
but none for this week. Floor
stocks are heavy and ac
cumulating earlier than
usual for Easter
requirements.
