Hoffer receives special award

Jed Hoffer, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Lester Hoffer, R 1
Lebanon, received a special
award during the Lebanon
County 4-H livestock clubs
annual banquet.
Hoffer, a member of the
beef club and a Farm Show
exhibitor, was given a
special plaque as he com
pletes his final year as a club
member.
Hoffer’s award was
presented after a long list of
his fellow 4-H’ers received
trophies for their ac
complishments, during the 4-
H livestock clubs’ annual
awards banquet held at the
Schaefferstown Fire Hall on
Tuesday evening.
Champion showmen in
cluded George Wilson of R 4
Lebanon; Thomas Arnold,
R 7 Lebanon; Jodi Kreider,
R 1 Lebanon; and Melanie
Bow, R 1 Annville.
Receiving awards for
champion fitters were
George Wilson; Thomas
Arnold; Heather Emnch, R 1
Annville; Rodney
Bomgardner, R 2 AnnviUe:
and Nicole Emrich, R 1
