Work sites are located on State lands ad ministered by DER and on Federal lands administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of the Interior. There are two types of programs: residential where corps members reside and work in a camp setting away from home, and non residential where par ticipants commute daily to their work site. Current total stocks is 53 percent of this year’s production of 6,000,000 cwt., compared with 60 percent on hand a year ago.
