6 eggs
6 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 quart milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
dash of salt
Mix all ingredients together. Set in a pan of water and
bake in a 375 degree F oven, until knife comes out clean,
when inserted.

EGG CUSTARD

2 quarts nulk
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1% pints water
1 cup dry milk
1 package gelatin
concentrated drink mix
Bring milk to a boil, then cool to lukewarm. Add plain
yogurt which can be bought in a store.
Mix m IVz pints water, 1 heaping cup dry milk, I
package knox geatin, and heat until dissolved.
Add to first mixture when both are lukewarm. Add any
concentrated drinks to give a nice color. Put on back on
top of refrigerator for five or six hours.
Don’t forget to save plain yogurt each time for your next
batch.
PINEAPPLE PUDDING
1 large can pineapple juice
2 eggs
Vt cup flour
% cup granulated sugar
1 pint whipped cream
3 bananas
1 orange
1 jar cherries
Mix large can of pmeapple juice, eggs, flour and sugar
together. Cook until slightly thickened.
When cool, add whipped cream, and fruit. Place in a
serving dish and chill prior to serving.

STRAWBERRY CREAM TAPIOCA
1 quart berries
4 tablespoons tapioca
2 cups water
1 cup granulated sugar
Mash berries and add water and sugar and cook 15
minutes. Add the tapioca and cook and stir 15 minutes
longer. Remove from heat and cool.
1 quart milk
% cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, separted
4 tablespoons minute tapioca
% teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine beaten egg yolk, milk, tapioca, sugar, and salt
and let set for 10 minutes. Put on medium heat and cook
and stir until thickened, 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat
and add stiffly beaten egg whites and vanilla. Cool.
To serve, put alternate layers of cream and fruit tapioca
into dessert dishes.

MARY’S LIME SALAD
16 large marshmallows
1 cup milk
1 package of lime gelatin
6 oz. package cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapples
1 cup whipped cream
% cup salad dressing
Melt marshmallows and milk m a pan. Pour hot mixture
over gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Stir in cream cheese and
pineapples and cool. Blend in whipped cream and salad
dressing. Chill until firm.
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter f
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups flour
Mix all ingredients together and place in baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Put brown /sugar and cinnamon on
top of baked ingredients after removing from the oven.

VANILLA ICE CREAM
4 eggs
2% cups granulated sugar
1 quart ice cream
1 can carnation milk
2% tablespoons vanilla
V* teaspoon salt
Milk, enough to fill ice cream freezer
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir
until mixed. Add cream and milk, and use freezer.

1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat the eggs, add the milk. Stir, add the sugar, salt am
vanilla. Do not cook the milk. This makes a 1% quan
casserole of custard.
