4-H clothing project winners chosen
HARRISBURG - Winners
in the 1960 state 4-H clothing
club competiton were
scattered throughout the
state.
Of local interest, three
Lancaster County 4-H’ers
swept the top three prizes in
the A-line, gored, wrap
around and pants class.
These 4-H’ers included
Deanne Myer, R 5 Manheim;
Melanie Shenk, R 2 Lititz,
and Heather Volkman of
Wynnewood Drive.
Chris Ebersole of R 2 Lititz
took the sweepstakes award
in the tailored outfit com
petition. Natalie Grate of
New Salem, Fayette County,
placed second.
