Pursuant to the Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the Circuit Court for
Carroll County at the suit of Frederick Production Credit Association,
Plaintiff, against David E. Shaw and Iris B. Shaw, his wife, Defendants,
Nos. 22631 and 22632 Law, I have seized and taken in execution all of the
right, title, interest and estate of the Defendants in and to the following
real estate.
AT 9:30 A.M. ON THE PREMISES
All those three parcels of land situate off Mail Route No. 2, near Taylorsville,
Franklin (9th) Election District, Carroll County, Maryland, known as Plats D, E and
F of Section 111, Glenvue Acres, Plat D containing 26.3821 acres and laid out for seven
lots, Plat E containing 23.1651 acres and laid out for five lots and Plat F containing
14.3929 acres and laid out for three lots. Said Plats have not been recorded. Each
section will be offered separately and then all three sections will be offered as a v, hole
and will be sold to the bidder or bidders who bid the highest price.
TERMS OF SALE: A deposit of $2,500.00 will be made by the purchaser at the tune
Of sale on each section or, if all three sections are sold to one purchaser, then a deposit
of $7,500.00 will be made at the tune of sale, said deposit to be made in cash or ac
ceptable check. Settlement within 30 days. All taxes, costs of conveyancing,
documentary stamps and transfer tax to be paid by purchaser.
