The 4-H’ers were chosen for their out standing accomplishments in a specific area or Leadership, Achievement, or Citizenship. The record of these winners will compete with outstanding 4-H members’ records across the state to be named “a Keystone Winner” in their respective areas. The Keystone winners will be interviewed in July at Penn State University before the State winner is named. The county delegation joined 1,000 other 4-H members from across the Commonwealth to share ideas about 4-H. At the Leadership Congress, they took part in assemblies, discussion and interest groups and recreational activites.
