The contest will be sponsored by Cumberland County Holstein Club and is set for 8 p.m. at Cumberland Valley High School’s auditorium Kathy Strock, the 1978 Cumberland County Dairy Princess, will crown her successor from among the following contestants: Wendy Mams, 18, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard G.
