Summer naturalist Lorraine Weidner said bird watchers who wish to par ticipate in the program, “The Wonder of Wings,” should meet at the baseball field beside Jhe Holtwood arboretum at 8 a.m. The arboretum is near River Road, which travels north from Pennsylvania Route 372. Participants are advised to dress for the outdoors, and to bring field bird iden tification guides and binoculars, if available. The program is expected to last until about 10 a.m. Anyone needhig further information is asked to contact Ms. Weidner at 717-284-2278. The Lake Aldred recreation area is operated by PP&L in conjunction with its Holtwood hydroelectric power plant near Lancaster.
