Another thing you’ll like, .with the Harvestore
system you load at the top and unload from
the bottom. You can refill your structure any
time without a feeding interruption, because
the first forage in is the first forage out. And
as forages are unloaded from the bottom of
the Harvestore structure, there’s a gradual
change in the feed. As a result there are no
abrupt ration changes You know this is im
portant if you’ve ever had your livestock go
off feed due to a sudden ration change.

The Harvestore structure is built from
heavy, glass-fused-to-steel sheets, overlapped
and sealed with a special pliable sealant and
1/2" corrosion-resistant bolts. Then every
inch of every seam and hatch is pressure
tested for leaks.
This isn’t the cheapest way to build a stor
age system, but it works so well a special
breathing system must be included to
equalize pressure in the system without let
ting oxygen get to the feed.
