cording to an estimate by the
Pennsylvania Chamber of
Commerce.
This" estimate" was "based
on the State Chamber’s
calculations that Penn
sylvania’s taxpayers bear
5.34 per cent of all Federal
taxes.
In 1969, just ten years ago,
President Johnson, before
turning over the reins to the
Nixon Administration,
proposed a budget totaling
$195 billion, and Penn-
