Benefits...
Field tested by producers

- Higher Milk Production
- Promotes Better Herd Health
The concept...
Around the turn of the century, it was discovered
that the digestive tract is constantly inhabited
with a variety of micro-organisms, both
good and bad, called the normal flora of the
intestinal tract.
Since animals are always under stress from such
conditions as weather, change in feed, shipping,
weaning, change in environment, oral antibiotic
treatment, and social stresses such as overcrowding
some of the good micro-organisms known as
Lactobacillus quickly decrease in number, allowing for
the rapid growth of non-beneficial bacteria.
The result...
This disruption of the “natural” balance of normal
flora in the animals’ intestines can result in a variety
of diseases (enteric and respiratory), poor feed
conversion, loss of gain, higher feed costs, and
generally, animals that are not doing well.
The New Answer...
A.B.C. #5 revives and expands on the old concept of
using live, beneficial micro-organisms to aid in
maintaining the “natural” balance of intestinal
micro-flora.
WHY IS A.B.G. #5 THE NATURAL WAY?
Unlike antibiotics and antibacter
ials, A.B.C. #5 maintains the balance
of intestinal micro-flora “naturally”
by supplying good organisms
Lactobacillus in the animal’s diet.
