Badger Barn Cleaning Systems.
Tough, to do the job. Tough, to keep on doing it.
That’s how we build Badger Bam Cleaning Systems.
Take the transmission - toughest in the field. With
big, brawny spur gears, not roller chains. A main gear
that’s a full 3” thick. A drive shaft 2” in diameter. And
a top-mounted shear bolt, exclusive with Badger,
that’s easily accessible, not buried as some are. A flip
up weather hood protects against the weather and
allows for easier servicing when required.
- Or take the chain. With forged links for extra
strength. No hooks to snag, unhook or straighten out.

THAT'S
TOUGH!
Three chain models to meet your job needs exactly.
Large-diameter high-carbon steel pins that offer ex
ceptional wear, double-swaged into links so they can’t
work loose.
Badger design is simple, uncomplicated ... and
tough. The rugged cast iron frame resists distortion
under heavy loads. Badger’s paddle tip-up flexes each
link every time around, to keep chain dean and tight.
Even the bolts are tough: SAE Grade 5 for strength;
cadmium plated to resist corrosion.
Badger Barn Cleaning Systems. Built tough to work
hard... and keep on working.
