Blend in cornstarch with water and stir into beef nr: re. Add bouillon cube, soy sauce, and salt. Cook, au.mg constantly, until sauce is thickened and clear Serve over cooked rice. Makes six servings. BRUNCH BEEF SOUFFLE 1 pound ground beef or beef sausage teaspoons salt Vt teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon pepper 6 eggs Wz cups milk 5 slices bread, cubed 4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded 1 tablespoon diced pimento Brown ground beef in large frying pan; pour off drip pings. Sprinkle salt, nutmeg, and pepper over ground beef; let cool. Beat eggs well; beat in milk and fold in bread r>bes, cheese and pimento. Stir in the cooled ground beef. Place the mixture in a well-greased BxB inch casserole or utility dish; cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in a slow oven at 325 Degrees F. for one hour and 10 minutes.
