WAYNE'S DBY GOODS HERSHEY - The program of the Keystone Pork Congress has been an nounced, with Earl Butz being the keynote banquet speaker, along with the National Pork Queen Tammy Moerer, at the February 16 event. The Congress will be held at the Hershey Motor Lodge, Hershey, and is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Pork Council, The Congress will open at 8 a.m. Starting at 10 a.m. there will be two different sessions. Session A will be on producing feeder pigs. Hutchinson. A discussion will follow. From 12-1:30 p.m. there will be a break for lunch. The general session will begin at 1:30 p.m. with housing the growing and finishing pig, presented by Fritschen. At 3:45 both Sessions A and B will regroup for discussions on flat decks and other weaned facilities, by Fritschen, and the outlook for feeding pigs, presented by H.L. Moore. The sessions will conclude at 5:15. The banquet will begin at 6:30 p.m. with Earl Butz as the main speaker. The Porkette’s will also have their own program.
