32 —laacaatw Farming, Saturday, December 2,1371 Lancaster Co. 4-H’er wins scholarship LANCASTER, Pa. - A freshman at Pennsylvania State -University has been named winner of a $4OO 4-H Agricultural Careers scholarship. Philip Risser, Leola Rl, was among 15 young people who received scholarships from DeKalb Agßesearch, Inc. Young people from 20 states are eligible for the scholarships. The awards were an nounced during the 57th National 4-H Congress in Chicago'Nov. 26 to 30. Winners were selected by the Cooperative Extension Service. Risser, son of Mr. and Mrs. Allen K. Risser, plans a career in agricultural engineering. He is a nine year 4-ITer.
