lawfully bunted are deer and
migratory game birds which
are still “in season.” Rac
coons may also be hunted
between sunset and one-half
hour before sunrise during
the firearms deer seasons.

started in 1974. It is designed
to prevent shooters from
hunting for a second deer
after having taken their first
whitetail.
Hunters are reminded that
they may not shoot at ran
dom during the deer
seasons.
