National Grange to meet next week Harrisburg- J. Luther Snyder, Master of the Pennsylvania State Grange, and his wife Fae, will attend the 112th annual session of the National grange in Denver, Colorado, November 13 to 20. The State Master and his wife will represent the Pennsylvania State Grange in the policy-making session of the National Grange. Resolutions for policy are originated at a local level. A resolution is introduced and voted on by a Subordinate Grange. If passed, it is forwarded to the county or Pomona level. Should the resolution pass at the Pomona level, it is for warded to the Annual Session of the State Grange. At the State Grange Convention, a vote is taken on each resolution by the Delegate body.
