costly federal operation that
has done little or nothing to
meet the real needs of the
people,” Grant says. “Those
millions of dollars, now
being misspent on
bureaucracy, should be
working in the economy, and
there are thousands of other
excuses that must be halted
to get us back on the proper
economic track.”
