The announced price is for milk with a milkfat content of 3.5 per cent and compares with the old support of $9.21. The support price for milk with the U.S. annual average milkfat content of 3.67 per cent is now $9.87, compared with the old support of $9.43 The law requires that milk ‘World’ reaches milestone SANDY CREEK, N.Y. - With the close of 1978, the Holstein-Fnesian World, official publication for the Holstein breed in the U.S., will have completed 75 years of service to the registered Holstein industry.
