Eastern Dairy 4-H Club,
Cashell became interested in
4-H because of his interest m
dairy cattle. He enjoys
showing his animals most of
all and considered his
performance at the state
show last week as the
highlight of his career. His
junior yearling was named
reserve junior champion.
Cashell’s home is on a 700
acre farm where his father is
general manager. The
farm’s Ni-Crete Holsteins
are well-known throughout
the area. A total of 250 head
are kept there. “I help out
wherever they need me,” the
young man said.

With farming and par

Holsteins very much a part
of his life, Cashell surprises
no one when he says he’d like
to farm on his own someday.
“I like animals and I enjoy
