While working in Ex tension, Bair was a member of the state and national Association of County Agricultural Agents and won awards for public in formation programs. He was also a member of Epsilon Sigma Phi, national Ex tension honorary fraternity. He currently serves on the board of directors for the newly-formed Penn State Dairymen’s Club and is a member of the national Dairy Shrine Club. Bair participated in the York County 4-H Dairy Club for eight years while growing up on a dairy farm operated by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Newton Bair. He is married to the former Sally Brown of Adams County, they have two children, and reside at Columbia RD, Pa.
